It is a cultural town, as some 15 bookstores selling used and antique books have settled here over the past 15 years.
It is also a picturesque village with lovely architecture and lush country-side around. One can enjoy views of the Pyrenees in the distance, rolling hills covered with grapevines, pine forests, lakes to swim or fish in, and the peaceful waterway of the Canal du Midi.
